Earl’s Gourmet Grub serves an epicurean take on the ol’ neighborhood eatery. Gourmet sandwiches and salads, classic burgers and breakfast all day, all served in our award winning, yet casual, setting. Taste, Quality, and Community come together at Earl’s.

We’re looking for a professional/motivated line/prep cook: among your responsibilities will be line setup, food preparation, cleanup and breakdown, adhering to recipe standards consistency and service. Candidate must enjoy and be able to excel in a fast paced work environment.

We are also looking for a counter and front of house person, candidate will be responsible for taking orders(via pos), running food, stocking retail area and cleaning. Must be available days and weekends, starting as part-time with a possibility of full time. Experience with Micros/Aloha a plus, excellent customer service and full understanding of hospitality a must.

Earl’s is located in Mar Vista(12226 Venice Blvd.), near the intersection of Venice Blvd and Centinela Blvd. Pay based on experience, opportunity for growth.

Meet at shop at 8. All pile into Garrett’s gigantic old Mercedes Diplomat. Drive to Triple B Clays Shotgun Sports Park in El Monte. Play with Clancy the Irish Setter. Eat fat breakfast burritos. Blow clays up with twelve gauges for a few hours. Name Matty head of security for Earl’s. Pick peaches. Say bye to Clancy. Drive to downtown LA. Eat too many rattlesnake and alligator sausages at Würstekuche. Pile back into Diplomat. Turn on Red Fang. Drive home. Take nap. Epic.
